LIFTING EQUIPMENT
We repair, restore and maintain lifting cranes of various types.
Our services include:
- installation, dismantling, commissioning and repair of overhead travelling cranes and lifting cranes, including bridge, gantry, tower and jib cranes, with lifting capacities up to 250 tonnes;
- upgrading obsolete cranes, including conversion to radio control and floor control;
- repair of steel structures;
- replacement and repair of electrical equipment, wheels, gearboxes, shafts and other spare parts;
- anti-corrosion treatment and painting of cranes;
- installation, commissioning and maintenance of crane electrical equipment, including safety devices;
- repair and upgrading of crane control cabinets to reduce energy consumption and crane maintenance costs;
- installation, repair and design of ground-level and elevated runway structures, including runway beams and rails;
- levelling of guides and repair of crane runways.
We also perform the following ancillary work on conductor systems for overhead travelling cranes:
- painting conductor systems;
- welding repairs to conductor-system steel structures;
- replacement of conductors and conductor-support brackets;
- replacement of insulators;
- installation of new current collectors;
- replacement of current-collector shoes;
- installation of conductor-system indicators and voltage warning devices.
We also repair and level elevated crane runways.
The initial condition of a crane runway is assessed before repairs begin. We then develop the repair procedure. Where required, worn rails, I-beams and fasteners are replaced; the runway is aligned; rail joints and the runway earthing circuit are repaired. The final stage is runway levelling followed by issue of a readiness certificate.
The result is less wear on rails and wheels and a longer service life for your lifting equipment. A crane runway in good condition improves safety and the performance of the mechanisms and electrical systems of overhead travelling cranes.
We also paint suspended runways and restore technical documentation.
For new production facilities, we advise on suspended crane runway arrangements, develop technical documentation for new runways and provide turnkey installation.
